STOMPer Xavier sent in a CCTV footage showing a man stealing a woman's bra from a clothes rack.. The footage was captured on June 19 in the Tanjong Pagar area.
Xavier said:
"This incident took place in Singapore at Tanjong Pagar Plaza on 19th of June 2011.
"If you are staying in this estate, do keep a lookout for this handsome young chap who has good taste in women's underwear.
"Is he taking it for himself (Wear it? Smell it)?
"Or is he taking it for his mom/wife/girlfriend/boyfriend?
"Or is he selling it at some second hand market? Or worse, selling it on e-bay!!!"
