A MILLIONAIRE property developer was killed after his $800,000 dream car ploughed into a fence.
William Baranos, 52, was thrown ten feet clear of the 215mph Pagani Zonda by the huge impact.
The car’s doors were ripped off. He was not thought to have been wearing a seat belt.
He was taking the Italian supercar for a spin with a pal’s son, believed to be in his 20s, who walked away unhurt because he did not forget to wear the seatbelt.
The 7.1-litre Zonda — which accelerates from 0-60mph in 3.5 seconds hit the fence and a post at a builders’ yard. Dad-of-one Mr Baranos was pronounced dead at the scene in Watford, Herts.
